They easily come through Interviews and Group Discussions because we give them training for these spheres also.

MCAPL Placement Cell believes in a common symbiosis of the network, eagerness, ambitions, and hard work between the students and our placement officers. We sustain regular connections with the industry and placement consultants and keep in touch with the present trends to offer the best option to our students based on their skills and abilities.

It is essential for our students to start exploring their options early and be actively involved in the application process. Students are told to interact with senior counselors, coordinators, and trainers to measure their own strengths and weaknesses and then apply for positions accordingly. The Placement Cell coordinates with various companies to ascertain their requirements and accordingly, positions available are listed for applications. Some companies come to the campus for interviewing short-listed candidates while others prefer to call the students to their own location.
